Hey everyone,

I realized i haven't updated this journal in over a year nor have I uploaded anything in awhile XD. I've just been really busy with school. I recently just transferred into a university so everything was very hectic (and still is). I also lost inspiration to paint this year because I changed my major from art to psychology so my focus on art slowly diminished. But I'm getting back into it after I saw James Cameron's "Avatar." It was an AMAZING movie, IMO. Visual effects and creativity were what really astonished me most about it. It made such an impact on me that i painted myself as an Avatar (yes, i'm dork XD)hahah. But I'll be uploading a lot more now because I'm feeling inspired.

Anyway, I hope you guys had an awesome holiday season. I'm excited to start the new year and to attempt to go through with my new years resolutions. Do you guys have any new years resolutions? Do share .

First up, i have to say that this month has been awesome here on DA. It really made my summer. First i was very honored to get features from Avaloncommunity as artist of the month. That was a big surprise to me. So thank you everyone there for that.

...Secondly, a DD?! wow, i was caught by surprised with this. I'm getting ready for school and thought i check my page and got a more than expected amount of messages. Just wanted to say hi to everyone here on deviantart. i'm pretty new here, even though ive had this account for a couple of months now but i never had any activity on here until now.
